To provide the customer with a full disaster recovery plan and an IT-solution that responds to their needs, Lotus Foundations Branch office was suggested. With the Lotus Foundations Branch Office Appliance Verbeke Bunkering has a very efficient local back-up. All their data is also replicated to a Domino server in our hosting server park.

Because of the external back-up, Verbeke Bunkering is sure that they will never suffer a total loss of data. Because Verbeke Bunkering is not equipped with an internal IT team, Lotus Foundations was the most suitable choice for them.

At Landbouwkrediet Groupwave integrated the Lotus Notes environment with Documentum.

Documentum has been implemented by Panoptic.

Groupwave provided the tools to export documents from Lotus Notes databases and to open exported documents in Documentum using Lotus Notes.

For the administration of their incoming invoices Groupwave created a scanning solution based on Lotus technology with integration into Microsoft Navision.

The application we made for them is able to scan and OCR the invoices in bulk and store the invoices in a Lotus based document management system. From within Microsoft Navision they can click on the invoice and the corresponding scanned invoice will be displayed.
